I’ve had a lifelong curiosity about life and death so whenever nature, nursing or my life experiences opened a door to that mystery I would tuck it into a reservoir of understanding that increasingly over time turned my fear of loss into a life enhancing perspective.
This dead standing tree symbolically captured the resilience and wonder that is birthed from the unexpected and the uninvited happenings of our life.
